User account gets locked by recovery file

Hi,

has anyone noticed that in version 9 when a recovery file is selected at startup the oracle user account gets locked. it is almost as if PLSQLDeveloper is attempting to log the windows into the wrong account multiple times and thus locking the account. The problem is intermittant and the lock is not always immediately apparent. DBA's then have to unlock the account.
