Upgrade to Newer Version of PL/SQL

Hello

I currently has PL/SQL license for version 9.0.0.1601.

Is there a cost to download the latest version of PL/SQL?

Upgrades are covered by the Annual Service Contract. If you purchase an Annual Service Contract now you can upgrade to the latest version.
