Update for PL/SQL developer

Dear Administrator,
I have a PL/SQL developer(#106627) with ref. #1543805, order date 30Sep05.

I want to update my PL/SQL version 6.0.5.931 to new version 6.0.6.946, but when I will be proceed that updating my user acount can't process.

Could you help me please?
