When you put the mouse over a variable or a procedure name the tooltip appears with it's definition. The tooltip appears not immediately but after ~0.5 sec.
If you have lots of windows (15+) opened, if your mouse appeared to be over a variable or a procedure call and you alt-tab then the tooltip appears upon (on,over not sure wich one is the right one) the application you switched to.
The only way to get rid of this is to alt-tab back to the developer, move the mouse to the free spot an alt-tab back againg. That's annoying.
