Toolbar settings are lost after adding a monitor or change resolution

I recently added a 3rd monitor and when I started PSD, all my toolbar settings were lost. The same thing happened a different time when I changed resolution. After some investigation, I found a toolbar configuration file in the PSD %APPDATA% folder which appears to have the monitors and resolution built into the filename - "Monitors_1600_1280_1280.toolbar.ini". After I renamed the previous config file to match new resolution, my toolbar settings were loaded correctly.

Is there a reason the configuration file has to contain the monitors and resolution in the file name? Will I lose my settings every time I change a monitor settings- I really don't change them but this issue has happened twice already. Is renaming the old configuration file the only way to restore the settings?

I also did have cases where I lost my Toolbar settings but failed to attribute those to resolution/monitor changes (was rather thinking that I lost those settings due to PLD upgrade).
I do often connect and disconnect my external screens, as I'm using a laptop with docking station on my desk and quite often use the laptop not at my desk. I would see a benefit in having PLD window size/location stored depending on the monitors/resolution, but having to configure my Toolbar for each of those would be a pain.
The only working solution for me is to have my toolbar set up in such way that it fits correctly for all my resolutions as I often move the PLD window between screens (without changing resolution nor screen setup). This means that PLD behavior does not help me at all.

I defined a personal toolbar. After upgrade to PLD 11.0.3.1770 this toolbar is disappeared. It is not listed in the toolbar definition dialog, only the default toolbars.

The other preferences are Ok.

How can I get my personal toolbar back?

I'm also experiencing this.

I have a laptop with two additional monitors.
I've confirmed that the customized toolbar.ini is in APPDATA.
When starting PL/SQL Developer with the laptop display off and two external monitors on, the ini file is read as expected.
When starting PL/SQL Developer with all three displays on, the ini file is ignored.

today I've had the same problem. My customized toolbar witch I used with PLD Version 11.0.1 was lost, if I opend PLD Version 11.0.5.
So I've customized it again, all at work.

At home, I found my toolbar settings lost again. Searching and found this chat, I looked in APPDATA and found there 2 Toolbar.ini

Toolbar.ini 14:15
Monitors_1680_1920_1050.Toolbar.ini 16:39 (closing custimized PLD at work)

So I closed PLD at home an found an 3rd Toolbar.ini

Monitors_1680_1920_1024.toolbar.ini 18:21

After opening Monitors_1680_1920_1050.Toolbar.ini and saving as
Monitors_1680_1920_1024.toolbar.ini MY toolbar is back ;-).

I can see why toolbar configurations are tied to monitor configuration, etc. : I imagine you'd want different toolbars if you're switching from 1680x1024 to 800x600.

In practice, I don't imagine many users regularly switch between radically different resolutions - the exception being those who might occasionally RDP, for example, to their work PC from a home machine.

May I suggest a preference option next to a list of the possible monitor configurations: "Keep this toolbar config for all resolutions" ? Some suitable notes about being careful with long toolbars being attempted on lower resolutions might be pertinent.

I don't switch monitors / resolutions / ... and I only have one toolbar ini file - but still I found this problem. That got my curiosity piqued.
I restarted PLSD and my plugin toolbar button went. Maybe I should try again once my upgrade license gets purchased?
