I have a .sql file containing a single package body. The "sql" extension has been associated with Program Files via the Preferences.
From a PL/SQL Developer instance with no open windows and a visible To-Do Items List, using File->Open to open this .sql file loads the To-Do Items from the package body into the List. However, opening this file by dragging it from an explorer window onto the application does not load the To-Do Items.
Hopefully this is reproducable just by dropping a normal package file onto the app, but I wanted to give all the details in case it isn't.
