todo: line numbers gutter in non-program windows

I whant to can see line numbers gutter in non-program windows.

When i can "go to line number" and can use bookmarks, it strange, that i can't see gutter with bookmark icons and line numbers...

You can see the current line number on the status line. Maybe we should disable the bookmark functionality for editors that do not have a gutter

I vote against that, in fact, I vote for code content in the test window along with gutter and line numbers and bookmarks, etc!

Our PO made it!!!!! Now to install and see what, if anything, will be left on my bug/wishlist lists.
