For example, if the user Smith does not own to any object, it does not make sense to show it in the drop-down list. Or, for example, if a user owns only a table, then he should not be included in the list either.
The fact is that with a large number of users in the database it is difficult to find the desired line in the drop-down list "User". Unfortunately, the contextual search in the drop-down list works only on the first character of the name.
