Autocomplete does not see all DBA objects

Could someone tell me, which privileges should be granted to a user, to see whole DBA object list, when typing object name in code edit window? When I'm start typing "dba", only limited view list appear in the suggestion (screenshot attached). For instance, DBA_OBJECTS view does not appear in the list. However, I can select data from this view without any issues.

A user has SELECT ANY DICTIONARY privileges and "Use DBA views where possible" is set to true.
PLSQL Developer version: 15.0.4.2064 (64-bit)

Do you have select privileges on the sys.dba_views view?

well, if the user really has SELECT ANY DICTIONARY as written above, then yes, he has select priviliges on dba_views
