How to receive access to items of the main menu (not being elements mine Plug-In)?

What kind of access do you need? Do you want to add menu items?

No, i need enable/disable existen menu items (do not containing for my PlugIn).

This is currently not possible, PL/SQL Developer will determine which menus to disable/enable.
If a PlugIn would enable a disabled menu, it probably wouldn't work or give an error. I guess you would also want to get the event.

I guess the only solution right now is to add a Plug-In menu item next to the existing menu.
