The add-ons page - keyword files question

Both StandardFunctions.zip and SysPackages.zip contain a file named custom.kwf. The instructions are to install both in the same folder ("the PL/SQL Developer installation directory.").

The content of each file seems unique. Should a user desire the functionality of both, should the contents of the two be merged?

Good question. If you want to use both, you will indeed need to merge the 2 custom.kwf files. The order of the entries are not significant.
