Text Importer filter

I have a CSV that I am importing using the text import tool. One of the columns, called RELEASE_ID contains either 1 or 2.
I added this to the filter criteria:
:RELEASE_ID=2
The result page showed a record with a RELEASE_ID of 1. The import itself worked correctly, but the preview was incorrect.
Is this normal?

Did you click the "Apply" button after entering the filter? This will apply the filter to the preview.

Yes, I clicked on the filter button. That's when the record with the 1 instead of 2 appeared. I went ahead and imported the records and the import worked as expected, only brought in records with RELEASE_ID=2.
What was displayed in the preview box was incorrect.

There must be something weird with that particular file.
I created a smaller CSV file with one column. I filled the rows with 1's and 2's. Then I applied a filter for :Test_Column=2, pressed the apply button and the preview pane was correct.
Lets forget this...
