Currently, it takes too much time to insert a template.
I would like to be able to use keyboard shortcuts for templates. I have several 2 ideas:
1. Keyboard shortcut to a group of templates. For example ALT+V will bring the variables list of templates, then with a shortcut key i would insert the template I want. I would like to be able to customize the shortcut of the template within it's category .. like i may want to use "&Date" (D is the shortcut) or "Da&te" (t is the shortcut)
2. Direct shortcuts. CTRL+SHIFT+D will activate variable -> date. Customisable of course.
3. A specific text contruct will activate the template .. for example "vard" will activate Variables -> Date and prompt me for values if it has any
