Syntax highlighting does not work for user named exceptions and variables/constants defined in a package header

Exceptions, variables and constants declared in the package specification are indeed not highlighted in the package body. This is on the list of enhancement requests though.

Does anybody know, how to highlight package-names of same/other user as done in v7.0?
