Support is lacking

I used to have a good support from allround automations in previous years. Recently I have reported issues via email. If I got a response they asked me for some information.
I provided that information but I don't hear from them anymore.

If I open a case on the forum, same thing. I might have an initial question and then no more replies?

What is happening? Is the company in problem?

How can we help?
 
There are no problems. Can you re-send the last e-mail? Perhaps it was not received or perhaps it was list otherwise.
