Support Email Spam Filter

Can't contact AllAroundAutomation via email or phone. All the email I send is returned as spam. No one answers the phone. HELP!
 
Upgraded from 7.0x to 7.1 today and now it doesn't work. Can't contact anyone at AllAroundAutomation via phone/email. This is my last resort ... HELP!
 
I have placed your e-mail address on the white list of our spam filter. Feel free to send another e-mail.
 
I'm not sure if I'm having the same problem or not. I've tried to contact sales (about a possible upgrade) and support (trying to get a password that works for 7.1) and have not had a response. The emails have not been returned, but usually I get a response within a day. It's been over a week now.
 
Gee guys, I sent email to support about an hour ago and had a reply w/in 40 minutes! I'd call that great support.

Are you including your credit card number for the recommended $20 donation to the Support Person Retirement and Party Fund? :-)

Though... We do have a maintenance contract, so maybe that had something to do with it???
 
We've got a maintenance contract as well. Plus my request to sales was about buying more licenses. I assume if they'd seen it that I would have had an answer.

It's probably a spam filter, but I'm not sure if it's on their end or ours.
 
I have added your e-mail domain to the white list as well, so perhaps you can check if the e-mail comes though now?
 
I'm also experiencing some problems. I placed an order for the Service Contract, so I could upgrade to 7.1. I placed this order last Monday (Apr 23rd) and I got no reply from Allround Automations so far. This is weird, as I have been able to get replies from this same e-mail address before.
 
Hmmm, our contact needs to find out the extra info for registering 7.1, but from the posts above he might, or might not, know if his email are being stopped by a spam filter. How can I get you some domains to added?
 
Hmmm, some kind of support feedback form on this site would be helpful, as alternative.

If Marco adds to the form ability to upload debug.txt files, it could be a big plus.

All email tagged as spam by our spam filter will be bounced back to the sender.

Maybe I had a problem here (I just disabled some filters) or maybe I mistyped the e-mail address when placing the order. Can you confirm you have sent it to the same address registered in my forum profile?

Yes, it's the same. If you have an alternate e-mail address, just send me an e-mail from there and I will send you your license.
 
Marco, maybe you should check your SMTP configuration. I didn't get it yet, and this alternate address has no spam filter.
Also, the previous (main) address has a report on deleted/rejected messages and I couldn't find any coming from you.

We successfully send hundreds of mails every day, and have done so for years, so I seriously doubt there is a problem here.

I will send it again from a gmail account though.
