Strange behaviour in SQL Window and HTML Manuals

Working in SQL Window - press F8 to execute, then pressing Alt+PgDn in Editor to fetch next page and under cursor appears this symbol ♥

if I press Alt+End to fetch last page I'm getting this - ☺

What should I do to avoid such behaviour?

And a question about images in HTML Manuals. All images are colour inverted like this

Can you help me to fix it?

Issue 1 is a bug. We'll fix it for the next patch release.

Issue 2 I cannot reproduce. Does it help if you change the "Use internal HTML Viewer" option (Tools > Preferences > User Interface / Options)?

Can you also let me know the Oracle version for which you are viewing the documentation here?

In addition to stranges there is one more issue with image on Roll up/down button:
the image is on it's place

after pressing the button the image is still there

but after pressing again it is disapearing

This button has the same behaviour in Window list window.

And would you please to add buttons to Check/Uncheck all values for list variables with multiselect option. It will help a bit in such situation:

To uncheck all I can use Clear button, but for checking all... Maybe I don't know how to do it
