SQLForm_2 already exists

I tried to open a new query via File -> Reopen, and PL/SQL Developer threw this error:

A component named SQLForm_2 already exists

Now I can't open a new SQL window. I can open other types of windows, just not an SQL window.

Is this fixed when you restart PL/SQL Developer? If so, did you encounter any other problems before this happened?

I have yet to restart, as I didn't know if you wanted me to look at anything that might get reset after a restart. I *might* have had an out of memory error from bringing back a result set that had about a zillion rows, but I can't recall for certain. (oops!) However, I've got the out of memory error before, but never have I seen this error.

Yes, the problem resolved itself once I restarted. No big suprise there.

I think that once you are out of memory, things get a bit unpredictable.
