1) Open a SQL-Window and maximize it.
2) Right-Click on a table with many records (so you have a vertical scrollbar) but not too many columns (so you don't see the horizontal scrollbar) and select Query Table.
3) "Fetch Next page" or "Fetch all records". Notice that the vertical scrollbar misses the down arrow (Right at the bottom)
4) Try to select the last visible record by mouse. I can't do it.
5) Scroll down => Try to select the last visible record by mouse. I can't do it.
Notice that when there is a horizontal scrollbar, I can select the last visible record.
