1) Open a SQL window
2) Start with a quote "'"
3) Paste some arabic text and add a second quote =>
Result:
a) PL/SQL developer freezes and has to be restarted
b) If not frozen, try to select the text with the mouse...=> strange things happen

PS: I have no knowledge on Arabic whatsoever, but because some customers ask for this I'm evaluating the possibilities.
If I'm doing something wrong and/or somebody have some knowledge on this issue please drop a link or mail
PPS: Can PL/SQL developer handle arabic and/or other languages?
