Single user licence question

Hi there, I have always used PL/SQL in most jobs I worked on. Now I am working as a contractor which means I may be moving around a bit.

The company I am working at the moment does not have PL/SQL Developer. So, would it be OK if I bought a single user licence and installed it here? When this contract finishes and I go work for another client, would it be OK to uninstall it from here and install it in the other client computer (using the same licence)?
