do you know how to set up Serena Dimensions versions control?

I assume you mean with the VCS Plug-In? I'm not sure if this is possible. Is there a Microsoft SCC compliant interface provided with Serena Dimensions? This is a requirement for the VCS Plug-In.

Yes, with VCS Plug-in.

Okay. Unfortunately we don't have any experience with Serena Dimensions, so I'm not familiar with this error message (which comes from Dimensions). Perhaps you can contact your Dimensions support representative about the exact meaning of this message?
