Selection upper/lowercase x Undo

1. Open a saved script into a Program window
2. Select a word (or not)
3. Go to Edit -> Selection -> Uppercase (or use your shortcut)
4. Undo button won't be enabled. Undo shortcut won't work.
5. Go to Edit -> Selection -> Lowercase (or use your shortcut)
6. Undo button will be enabled, and it will have the history for both actions.

The same issue will happen for a single letter (no selection).
Also if you 1st lowercase and then uppercase.

In fact, the first lowercase/uppercase action will not enable the undo button. The second will enable it.

We'll fix it.
