Enhancement request: Shift-F3 for lowercase too

You have the shortcut key for "Edit/Selection/Uppercase" set to [Shift-F3]. I am constantly wanting to change things to lowercase. I recommend you make [Shift-F3] work as a toggle to switch from Uppercase to Lowercase or vice-versa. If the text is already mixed-case, you could first go to Uppercase. Just a thought--it would save me a lot of extra mouse movements and clicks.

P.S. This is how [Shift+F3] works in many programs, like TextPad or MS-Word. In fact, MS-Word has three options that [Shift+F3] toggles through: upper, initcap and lower.

You can assign any key you want to the lowercase function (Tools > Preferences > Key Configuration).

I have added a toggle option to the list of enhancement requests.
