Select All bug in v 8.0.1.1482

When you run a SQL query in a SQL window, the records appear in the grid. If you then click in the grid (to position yourself in the returned records), pressing Ctrl\A has no effect. Neither does clicking on the Edit\Select All menu option. The only thing that selects all the records is the Select All option on the right-click menu when the mouse is within the grid. Note that if you click back in the SQL area of the window, pressing Ctrl\A does select all the SQL.

It's only a small thing, but people who use keyboard shortcuts a lot may find it a major inconvenience.

We'll add a shortcut. Note that you can also click on the upper-left of the grid (where the column header and row header cross) to select all.
