Scrollbar issue with 5.1.3.704

Hi there,

I've come across a small problem with PL/SQL Developer (.1.3.704). If I am editing a procedure in the command window, and the command window is sized such that:

(i) it is not maximized;
(ii) the lower horizontal scrollbar is visible;
(iii) the lower horizontal scrollbar is touch neither the left nor right side of the command window;

then if I choose to maximize the command window, the horizontal scrollbar disappears even tough the left edge of the text is still off-screen. I have to move my cursor up or down to an empty line in order to re-position the contents within the resized window.

Oops. Small correction...

In oder to reproduce the window I don't maximize it but just enlarge it by dragging the bottom-right corner of the window.
