Scroll wheel disabled

I have a window open to edit the source of a package (spec and body) and I recompile this package from another window, for instance a command window. When I then return to the window with the package code in it, it asks me if I want to reload the code (since it has changed). If I say yes, the code is loaded in the window, but the scroll wheel is disabled.
If I select another tab, window or application and then return to the code tab, the wheel is enabled again. Not a big issue, just something I noticed.
