Safe compilation doesn't work anymore...

I have tried to compile a package and it generated an error.
No problem, I thought, because safe compilation is checked... (Preferences => Window Types => Program Window => "Safe compilation...")

Alas, the old package was lost and the new "failed to compile" one sits now in the DB...

Works fine for me, and we have not yet received any similar problem reports.

Can you reproduce this with a simple test package?

I had this issue yesterday, consistently, but alas, I couldn't reproduce it today?!? I'll keep an eye on this one...
