Request: full screen mode

I would like to have an option to activate a full screen mode for the different window types.

When activating full screen mode, the current window (program/sql/command/test) would be as maximised as possible, meaning that the object browser, window list and search bar are temporarily hidden.

When deactivating full screen mode again, the window layout is restored as before.
