report auto connect does not work

hi
i create a report on plsqldev(9.0.6.1665) and set to auto connect.
when end-user want to run this report without login to oracle,
this report does not work.
please see attach screen shot

end user cannot run report because it's disable

u can test it

I think you should use the (free) Query Reporter tool to run this report, so that you do not require the PL/SQL Developer IDE.
