relicansing aftrer upgrade v10 to v12

Hi everybody,
I have and use v10 and there is no licanse problem.I have serial number and licanse key. After upgrade v10 to v12 when start to v12 program ask me the licanse key. When I use to v10's licanse key it says it is invalid key. I can't upgrade v12.
Could you help me please ?

An upgrade from version 10.0 to version 12.0 requires a current service contract. If you send an e-mail to support@allroundautomations.com with your current license information, we can check what your upgrade options are.
