Re-using Custom colours - feature request

If I define a custom colour in Preferences, Editor, Syntax Highlighting, there doesn't seem to be a way to get it back a second time. For example, say I make Strings a customised blue-grey, and then I want to make Numbers the same colour. (Or, say I want my home setup to look the the same as the office.) The only way seems to be to write down the Intensity and RGB values from the mouse hover message while you are defining it. If you come back later there is no way to find out what it was (I couldn't find it in user.prefs or the Windows registry). It would be nice to add to the Custom Colours palette, and to be able to enter RGB values directly.

While I'm at it, it would be nice to have some more attractive colours/icons for the browser icons. They are listed with "Color" values inside user.prefs, e.g. the red one appears as Color=255, but those don't seem to define colours directly but perhaps are used to pick icons.
