Re-connect

I've a RAC env with load balance, I whant PL/SQL Developer to re-connect (logoff, logon) for each sql. Is this possible?

No, this is not possible. However, in Multi-Session Mode (the default) each Window will use its own session, so opening/closing a Window will implicitly connect/disconnect.
