Quick Access Toolbar customizations disappear

When I use the "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" functionality, my customization is not saved. When I restart PL/SQL Dev. the Quick Access Toolbar is reset.
This used to work just fine in previous beta versions.

Yes I can customize the Quick Access Toolbar but in version 13 it seems restricted to the Quick Access Toolbar area whereas in version 12 you could also use the main menu bar just below it.

Can you send me a screenshot by e-mail, demonstrating what you could do in 12.0, and can no longer do in 13.0?
