PVCS & PL/SQL integration

Is there a detailed guide on how to connect to network PVCS?
I downloaded the PVCS plug-in, but it is not clear how to get to the PVCS files.

If anyone knows please let me know.

Have you installed the SCC interface for PVCS? The VCS Plug-In requires an SCC compliant interface. See also the VCS Plug-Ins User's Guide (VCS.DOC).

Does PVCS need to be installed locally on the same machine as where PL/SQL developer is running?

The SCC Interface must be installed locally. How it connects the the version control system is up to the SCC Interface itself.
