proposal to add a top menue item "view"

hi,

i would like to propose to add a top menue item "view" to psdev. that is, there is more and more flippable app regions available now and i steadily need to walk down all the menue entries to find the "search bar" flip (below edit), the "bookmark list" flip (below edit), the "template list" flip (below tools) and so on and finalyy the "save layout" (below window).

i would also vote to have the "search bar" a toolbar component.
