Program window enchancement question

When I edit large program windows (10-15 or more procedures in a single file), it would be better to show the file as it shows packages.

That is what the Code Contents pane is for. It allows you to quickly find a procedure in a package.

You have misunderstood. Packages are okay, but I'd like to see standalone procedures and functions in the same way, as packages are displayed, instead of notebook pages on the top. I often edit source code with 10-15 or more procedures in a single file, and it is hard to look through a notebook with 15 pages.
