Problems with plsqldoc

Hi
I'm working with plsqldoc for a long time without any problems. Today - without any changes - both buttons "generatedocumentation" and "view documentation" are greyed out. Generate documentation via context menu hangs forever.
I reinstalled the plugin without success.
I use PLSQLDEV 10.0.5.1710

Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
