Problems with copying cyrillic text

This problem exist from the very first version of PL/SQL Developer I have used, but I decided to note it now. When I copy text, written in cyrillic from the editor, and paste it to Notepad (or UltraEdit, etc.), all cyrillic text is corrupted. There is no way that I know to convert it back. So I always have to save the text to a file, and then open the file. When I paste the text into WordPad or Word, there is no problem.
I wonder if there is a way to fix this, because I often need to copy text and paste it to other editor (usually for easier HTML editing).

You probably need to set the regional and language options of the default user the same way as your own user in Control Panel.
