Problem: PLSD starts behind other windows

PLSD v10.0.5
Win 7 Enterprise 64-bit
HP EliteBook

When I click the Start Menu item for PLSD I am prompted for the logon and after that PLSD seems to start, but the window isn't displaying. I found that it is starting under all the other windows (so, if there is another window that is full screen I can't see the PLSD window at all, if there is only a half sized window open I can see the PLSD window behind it).

This happens whether or not I have both monitors active.

I have had the same issue for quite a while now. Anyone have a solution to this?

FYI, I think I just solved this by docking the Connections window and following the instructions on another thread to save the window layout by clicking Window > Save Layout. Now when I open PLSD and choose a connection to open, the main window opens in the front.
