Printing line numbers

I've got the preferences set to print line numbers and page numbers, but don't get either one to print. Any ideas?

Works fine for me. What window type are you printing?

loaded a pl/sql script into a SQL window.

The SQL Editor in the SQL Window does not have line numbers, so that is correct. The page numbers are indeed missing though, so we'll fix it.
