popup windows with more Plslqdev instances

I use more Plsqldev at the same time on 2 monitors. Plsqldev save last position for all kind of popup window. I recommend 2 new options:
- show popup windows on the same monitor what Plsqldev uses.
- save popups position indenpendently for all Plsqldev instances.

It is annoying that I open an sql window in the first Plsqldev on first monitor. This opens a file dialog window somewhere. I move it to the first monitor if it is not there. After that I would like to open an sql window in another Plsqldev on second monitor. File dialog window appears on first monitor.
