Plug-in access to bind variable section of Test Window

This is probably a question for Marco... looking through the plugindoc I didn't see anything that looked like it would do it, but is there a way to access the bind variable section of a Test Window?

I'm able to grab the code portion using IDE_GetText/IDE_GetSelectedText, but I'd like to be able to get the variable values as well.
