plsqldoc in 64-bit PL/SQL Developer doesn't generate frame.htlm, frame_home.html and plsqldoc.css

I'm using 64-bit PL/SQL Developer 11.0.4.1788 with the plsqldoc plugin which came with it. When I change the "Root directory" in "plsqldoc Configuration" and click "OK" button only the following files get generated in the new directory:
frame_index.html
index.html
plsqldoc.ini

The plsqldoc plugin in the 32-bit PL/SQL Developer 11.0.4.1774 in addition creates as well:
frame.htlm
frame_home.html
plsqldoc.css

In 64-bit plsqldoc plugin files frame_index.html and index.html content there are also several html-tags missing completely.
To really use the generated plsqldoc files currently I have to add the missing files and correct the missing content always manually.

Is this a bug in the plsqldoc plugin which comes with the 64-bit PL/SQL Developer?
Is there a way to remove and add the plugin separately in 64-bit PL/SQL Developer?

That's odd. We'll look into this.

The Plug-In can indeed be downloaded and installed from the PL/SQL Developer Plug-In page.

Looks like on the Plug-In page there are no 64-bit plugins listed at all so far. There's only the hint about using "32 bit and 64 bit versions" in the header.

I saw that the 64-bit plugins have now been added. So I downloaded plsqldoc122x64.exe. However when trying to install it, I end up in a window giving me no other option than "Cancel". I have sent you the details via e-mail.

This was fixed now with the new 11.0.5 64-bit version of PL/SQL-Developer without changing anything about the Plug-Ins?
It looks like that might have been the goal at least. I don't get the "Cancel" only option anymore with the plsqldoc 64-bit-plugin, but still get it with the RedGate 64-bit-plugin. So what is the plan here now to get this issue finally fixed for good?
