plsqldev 12.0.3 64bit gets stuck on session kill or temp. disconnect

Hi Marco,

plsqldev 12.0.3 64bit on Windows 10 64bit got stuck on session kill or temporary disconnect (such as in case of unstable connection or computer sleep)
and won't reconnect , whole app gets irresponsive and mouse pointer changes to loading icon, only killing the whole app instance and starting it will make it work again.

Could you please look into it?
