I have Version 9.0.4.1644 of PLSQL Developer and
Windows 7 (64-bit) 6.1 Build 7601 (Service Pack 1)
Oracle client 11g R2 32-bit
Performance is very poor, I tried everything what I found on this forum (change session mode, turn off code assistant, unchcecking some options) but whitout any changes
. The problem is:
When I am going down with cursor it it very slow, although compiling, running queries (query sometime start and run, but the same select somethimes start ececute with no finish) Moving in program vindow, is very slov and laging, althoug processor when I am working in PLSQL Developer window go at 100% and when I stop writing go back to normal.
I don't know where is the problem. The problem occures although when i am log off the DB
I install new version of Developer 10, TRAIL but the problem was the same.
