PLSQL Developer 16 AI error

We have a problem using AI in the beta version of the plsql developer, please check the attached file about the error:
00:21:31.488 AI Error (OpenAI GPT) Error sending data: (12175) A security error occurred

Please help us to resolve this issue.

you have a token problem.

what do you mean by token? API key?
the same API key is being used in other applications.
not firewall, I tried without it.
googleing it it looks like there is a setting, something called TLS in Windows, and this error code looks like the same, but I don't know how to fix it.
