Hello,
I am using PL/SQL Dev v. 7.0.1.1066.
When there is another application behind the PL/SQL dev. and you are changing windows in the Window List It seems that PL/SQL Dev. is sending messages to this application. As a result, sometimes when you click on the item in Window List other application activates or Windows task manager is showing CPU usage of that application. When all applications are minimized everything is OK. You have to minimize all other applications in order to use PL/SQL Dev.
Best Regards,
Gevorg.
