pl/sql startup is slow

Hi

I am having problems with PL/SQL Dev version 7 it takes approximatley 1min30sec to start. Could anyone help me on this?

It appears to stop when the "Loading Plugins..." message appears. But it connects to my database without any problems.

Any help?

Thats the last bit of the debugsql and there is nothing after. none of the finalization stuff or any other things i have seen on my colleagues computer.
