PL/SQL Hang when I try to use HTML doc

When I try to open doc , after build list e index , a PL/SQL hang and close.

What can I do ?

Can you go to Tools > Preferences > Options tab page, change the "Use Internal HTML viewer" option, restart PL/SQL Developer and try again?

Can you also let me know your PL/SQL Developer version and Internet Explorer version?
